3-Day Angkor, Kompong Phluk & Roluos Temples Tour



Spend three days touring the Angkor Park sights, including the floating village at Kompong Phluk and the three remote temples at Roluos area.

A choice of air-conditioned vehicles is available to suit small to large groups.

A professional English-speaking guide is included.

Each day there is a free hotel pickup and drop-off and a stop for lunch at a local eatery. Lunches, however, are at guest expense.


Details

DAY ONE starts at 8:30am and lasts about eight hours. We pick you up and visit Angkor Thom where guests see Bayon, Baphoun temples plus the Elephant & Leper King Terraces, Ta Phrom and Banteay Kdei. After lunch we continue to Angkor Wat, finishing with the sunset at Phnom Bakheng. Drop-off at your hotel is at about 6:30pm.

DAY TWO starts at 5:00am and lasts about 12 hours. We pick you up promptly and have a quick drive to Angkor Wat to watch the sunrise. Then we return to the hotel so that guests can take breakfast. Afterwards, we visit Preah Khan, Neak Poan, Ta Som and East Mebon temples. After lunch, we then go far out of town to visit the beautiful ladies temple called Banteay Srei. On the way we stop at a village to see palm sugar being made (or alternatively, we can visit the landmine museum). We also stop to see Banteay Samre and Banteay Kdei temples. We return to town about 5:00pm.

DAY THREE starts at 8:30am and lasts about 12 hours. After pickup we go directly to Kompong Phluk some 30km from town, where guests ride a motorised boat around the floating villages and see a completely different way of life.

After lunch we continue to the Roluos group, being Lolei, Preah Ko and Bakong. On the way back, we drop by Phsar Leur, the old market and Artisans d Angkor. Drop-off at your hotel is at about 6:30pm.
